Student Services encompass various systems within ASSCAT that support students throughout their academic journey. The Enrollment System assists students with the admissions and enrollment process, providing information and guidance. The Faculty Evaluation System collects feedback on faculty members' performance to enhance teaching quality. The Learning Management System (LMS) is a digital platform for online learning, offering centralized access to course materials, assignments, and communication tools. The Admission System manages the application and selection process for new students. Together, these systems streamline enrollment, improve teaching effectiveness, facilitate online learning, and ensure a smooth transition into the institution.

Online Grade Submission(OGS)
A web application that provides a facility for ASSCAT faculties to submit their grade sheets via web. The Deans from respective Colleges are responsible for the approval of the submitted grade sheets from the faculties under them. In addition, the application has a dashboard displaying the summary of approved grade sheets for the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Registrar and College President. With OGS, Faculties can easily submit grades wherever they are without directly submitting it to the College Registrar.
